How should I store your products?
Because there are no preservatives in our products, it is best to store our products frozen and then warm them just before you are ready to eat them.  Our products will stay good for 2 - 3 days on the shelf, 1 week in the refrigerator and over 6 months in the freezer.

Are your products really free of all those allergens?
You bet!  We are a dedicated allergen-free bakery which means the only products we make contain NO gluten, wheat, dairy, casein, soy, nuts or peanuts.  We also check on our suppliers for possibilities of cross-contamination with those allergens to ensure the safest possible products for your pleasure.

Do you do birthday cakes?
Absolutely.  We require a minimum of 48 hours notice on all custom cake orders.  We would be glad to help make your special event enjoyable for everyone.
